5 very simple steps that keep you away from plastic surgery

Make sure to apply a moisturising cream daily after the bath, on the legs, arms, abdomen, and chest to soften the skin and protect it from external aggression. And don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help skin cells regenerate.

4- Do not neglect cleaning your skin

Cleansing skin plays an essential role in protecting it from premature ageing. Neglecting this step will cause the skin to lose its vitality and be damaged. In the evening, make sure to remove all impurities from the surface of the skin during the cleansing process with cleansing milk, or rage lotion, or soap for the face and end the cleaning process by applying a refreshing lotion or even floral water to your skin.
