But did you know that some simple, inexpensive, and easy-to-apply practical steps can preserve the youth of your skin and eliminate the need for a scalpel for plastic surgery for many years.
1- Choose the right moisturising cream
Skin’s needs differ according to its type, age, and life circumstances. This explains why the requirements of young skins are totally different from the requirements of advanced skinned people. It is therefore imperative to choose a moisturising cream that respects your skin’s requirements and meets its needs for hydration, nourishment and protection.
If your skin is normal, choose a moisturising cream in a gentle formula that softens the skin, but if it is mixed, use an emulsion that prevents its shine and has moisturising benefits at the same time. Dry skin needs to be deeply moisturised with rich creams containing soothing ingredients such as Aloe Vera, which helps delay the premature appearance of lines and wrinkles.
2- Use essential oils
The many benefits of essential oils make their use essential in the fight against the signs of time. Try Italian Helices Oil, which is able to remove scars and various skin impurities. If you suffer from dark spots, apply a few drops of lemon essential oil to it, which will help lighten it gradually.
To combat wrinkles, add a few drops of geranium essential oil to your moisturising cream container. “Yang oil has revitalising properties for the skin as it helps activate the cell renewal mechanism and prominently reduces the appearance of wrinkles”,plastic surgeon in islamabad says.
3- Make sure to moisturise the skin of the body on a daily basis
If moisturising the skin of the face is one of the necessary daily habits, then daily moisturising of the skin of the body acquires the same importance as it helps to protect against dryness, cracking, and the appearance of signs of time on it. Make sure to apply a moisturising cream daily after the bath, on the legs, arms, abdomen, and chest to soften the skin and protect it from external aggression. And don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help skin cells regenerate.
4- Do not neglect cleaning your skin
Cleansing skin plays an essential role in protecting it from premature ageing. Neglecting this step will cause the skin to lose its vitality and be damaged. In the evening, make sure to remove all impurities from the surface of the skin during the cleansing process with cleansing milk, or rage lotion, or soap for the face and end the cleaning process by applying a refreshing lotion or even floral water to your skin. In the morning, it is sufficient to pass a piece of cotton moistened with mi cellar water on your skin or use a cleansing foam to keep the skin bright throughout the day.
5- Start your day with a nutritious breakfast
Our diet directly affects our health and skin, as it provides us with energy and helps fight the signs of ageing. Start your day with a rich breakfast of various fruits and vitamins. And remember that consuming orange juice helps to activate collagen production in the skin, while strawberry, papaya and kiwi contribute to revitalising the skin and maintaining its radiance.
