Stem cell therapy has brought a resolution in the medical field and also in the research field.
Stem cell therapy has developed such method and treatment and it also has great expectations in the future.
In this review, the paper has focused on the types of stem cells and their possible therapies.
The method from which they derived and environment for the media is essential to differentiate the stem cell.
This stem cell technology is the turning point in the medical field to cure different diseases.
Stem Cell classification
The stem cell is those cell which is capable to differentiate to other cell and if there is wound in the body they immediately travel to them and help to produce such cells which is required at that site.
Stem cells are present both in the Human embryo and adult cells.
The potency of stem cell is reduced and unipotent cells are not differentiating into many cells while the pluripotent stem cells can differentiate into many other type of cells.
Totipotent stem cells are one of the stem cell which has the potency to develop the both the embryo and extra embryonic structure.
For example Embryo which is formed after the fertilization of the egg and which of these late formed the three germ layer and the source of these pluripotent stem cells.
Pluripotent stem cell does not form the extra embryonic structure because they are derived from the inner mass of embryos.
If we talked about the induced pluripotent stem cells they are not found naturally they are derived from the somatic cells.

When the sperm which released from the male and ovum which is released either from the female when fusion occur between them then the blastocyst is formed.
Blastocyst are composed of two distinct type of cell which are the inner cell mass which develop the epiblasts and also induce the of Foetus and trophectodrem.
Blastocyst and play role in the regulation of inner cell mass microenviroment.
After this Trophectodrem countinue to develop and they form the extraembryonic membrane and they also play role in the succeful origin of embryo like placenta.
