The State Government, by notice in the Official Gazette, or the Board by order published in the Official Gazette for written reasons, may be exempted from any person or class of persons for payment of all or part of the fine and default. the fees payable under this Ordiance subject to the terms and conditions as may be specified in the notice or, as the case may be, the order.
