Padmasana

Vajarasana

Matsyasana
To do this posture, open the mat/blanket and spread it completely. And sitting in a simple way, first, go into the Padmasana posture, and then hold the left leg with your right hand and right leg with the left hand. After that, move your head slowly backwards and keep in mind that contact with the feet and hands should not be broken while going backwards. Keep going back till the head hits the ground. According to your strength, stay in this posture for some time. Finally, reach the normal position and sit down.
This asana helps to improve the eyesight, ends chest pain, improve the digestive system and keeps the body fit. Respiratory function is improved as it exercises the throat pipe. This is also the right treatment for asthma disease.
Bhujangasana
This yoga asana is a quite easy and useful posture. The first thing to do is to lay the mat upside down and lie down on it. Loosen the body and raise both the hands with the claws and move the head and chest upwards. Stay in this state for as long as you can. And then sit in a simple posture.
This posture disables the diseases associated with the reproductive organs. Even if the body is bent a bit, it becomes straight with the help of this easy asana. This asana also awakens Kundalini powers. Due to pressure on the stomach through this asana, constipation / old stool deposited in the stomach moves through the intestines, and the stomach becomes clean.
Kukkutasana
Sitting on the mat first, go into the Padmasana posture and move both your knees and thighs to the ground from the inside and move both your hands. And keep the waist straight. Then, by putting the palms of the hand down on the ground, lift the body upward with the help of its comfort. When tired, slowly move the body down. And sit in the normal posture. This posture strengthens your hands and arms and helps relieve stomach pain.
Shirshasana
One has to sit comfortably on the mat or on a square cushion and sit on one side of the knee and move one leg at a time. And by holding hands behind the head in a second, the whole body has to be supported with elbows. In this posture, feet are straight up in the air and head is down. If there is difficulty in doing this asana without support, then it can also be done with the help of a wall. This yoga asana improves the digestive system and makes blood flow to the nerves of the brain easier.
