For the Orana region which is situated in the New South Wales, the Regional Development Australia – Orana is a Regionally Certifying Body (RCB). As a Regional Certifying Body (RCB) Orana assesses the suitability of applicants to fill gaps in the existing labor market in the region. Also, the RCB assesses the candidates and recommends these applicants to the Department of Home Affairs and/or New South Wales Department of Industry.
This means they play a role in assessing eligibility for the following two visas:
