    yoga tips

The world of yoga is profound. Yoga, derived from “ combine,” in Sanskrit, a classic word, basically pursues a state in which the body and the mind become one. There is also disagreement about the origin of yoga. The history of yoga is long enough to say that it began in BC, but the emergence of modern yoga is generally viewed as the 1990s. It was introduced to Korea in the mid to late 1980s and became popular in the 2000s. As long as it has a long history, yoga has been transformed into a variety of styles, giving rise to numerous sects in the modern world. Here are some typical types of yoga.

    Hatta Yoga

In Sanskrit, sun, and the’  moon. It is a yoga practice that emphasizes the balance and harmony of yin and yang, and it can be said to be synonymous with yoga and the basic. Numerous movements of yoga are derived from hatta yoga. There is no uniform sequence (action sequence), but various movements are possible depending on the difficulty level and the instructor’s capabilities. It is a yoga that encompasses basic movements to difficult movements. In Korea, it is famous for’Lee Hyori Yoga’. Lee Hyori said, “I changed to Hata Yoga while doing Ashtanga Yoga. Hata yoga suits me better.”

    Ashtanga Yoga

It has a reputation for being very intense and difficult yoga. “Ashtanga” means “self-awareness” in the eighth step of yoga training, and aims to reach the ultimate self by strengthening the body. The sequence is fixed, and the difficulty varies depending on the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. The midsole’s class method is common because of the characteristic that the training moves are fixed. Milos refers to a way in which a leader trains breathing and movement by himself or herself according to their physical condition without a leader, and a leader helps the trainee. Madonna, Guinness Paltrow, and Yano Shiho did Ashtanga yoga.

    Ahenga Yoga

Yoga that emphasizes balance and coordination, is known as recovery yoga. It helps to improve spinal disease or asymmetry in the body. It actively utilizes props such as blocks and blankets and is characterized by a long maintenance time per movement. It is important to maintain the correct posture for a long time. This yoga was created by Ahenga, a disciple of Krishna Macharia, the father of modern yoga in India.

    Vinyasa Yoga

One-on-one customized yoga developed in the United States taking advantage of Ashtanga Yoga, which emphasizes muscle strength, and Ahenga Yoga, which emphasizes balance. It is known as “American style yoga”. Vinyasa means to flow, connect’ in Sanskrit, and this yoga is a natural connection between the movement and the next movement, like flowing water. Unlike Ashtanga Yoga, where the sequence is set, the instructor combines and teaches yoga movements to suit each individual’s physical condition and physical ability.

    Acro yoga

It is made by combining traditional yoga with acrobatic, meaning acrobatics. Unlike most yoga exercises alone on a mat, acro yoga requires several people. There must be at least three people: a base that serves as support from the bottom, a plier that completes the posture from above, and a supporter to assist them. Breathing with your partner is important, and you must trust and rely on each other to derive proper movement.

    Vikram Yoga

It is a practice that performs 26 high-intensity movements for 1 hour and 30 minutes while removing sweat at high temperatures. It is called’hot yoga’ in Korea because it is said to practice at high temperatures. These are movements designed by Indian athlete Bikram Kodery to treat knee injuries and are famous for their excellent exercise effects. Bikram, known as the “guru of the yoga world,” has taught Ronald Reagan, former US President Bill Clinton, David Beckham, George Clooney, and Lady Gaga.

    Flying yoga

It is a training practice that is performed by hanging using elastic materials such as hammock and rubber. You can freely perform movements that are difficult to do on the floor, such as the handstand posture, using small tools such as a hammock. The difficulty itself is not high, but it is not easy for first-timers because it uses a lot of muscles that you do not normally use. It is more like stretching than exercise, and it helps to treat back and shoulder pain by relaxing joints.

    In yoga

Yin means Yin. Mainly, the muscles and blood that make up the outside of the body have the property yang and the ligaments, tendons, and fascia that make up the inside of the body with the small movement have the property of’. Yoga is a practice that improves flexibility by stimulating connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, and is characterized by maintaining one posture for 3 to 5 minutes. As long as you maintain one posture, the nature of meditation to look into yourself is strong.

    Adidas yoga

Yoga, created by sports brand Adidas with a Chinese yoga leader named Lin Min, combines fitness elements with traditional yoga. Many powerful and dynamic movements strengthen the lower body and abdomen. It is a sport that is strong enough to say that it is an aerobic exercise, so it is more correct to see it as an exercise that uses yoga movements rather than yoga.
